Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Private Sessions By booking a session, you are reserving dedicated time and space for personalized support. Please review the following policies: Scheduling Sessions must be booked in advance through the online system. Please arrive on time so we can use your full session window intentionally. Cancellation + Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged in full. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other bookings. The full session fee still applies. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Health + Responsibility Private sessions are designed to support overall well-being through movement, breathwork, and nervous system practices. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. By attending, you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being during the session. Intake Form Please complete the intake form prior to your session so your experience can be thoughtfully tailored to you. Environment Sessions may take place indoors, outdoors, or in the Dome depending on the offering. Please dress comfortably and come prepared to move, rest, and engage with the experience.
