On December 21, the world comes together for the Second Annual World Meditation Day, a global invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Observed on the winter solstice, this day honors stillness as both a personal practice and a collective force for wellbeing.

Science continues to show that meditation reduces stress, lowers cortisol, improves emotional regulation, and strengthens the nervous system. When practiced regularly, it supports mental clarity, resilience, and compassion—qualities our world deeply needs.
